This innovative style uses a classic blend of Maris Otter malted barley and Cara malt which allows the modern UK grown hops to sing!
Traditional Challenger hops give a forgiving, well rounded bitterness and newly developed Harlequin and Olicana hops impart their unique flavours. Peach, pineapple, mango and passionfruit notes all show through in this IPA which is then boosted by the Verdant yeast for fermentation.
Waterwitch was the name of an early 1990s sailing lugger that fished the inshore waters around Tenby and was named after the mythical mermaids who supposedly watched over the local fishermen.
