Spiced with vibrant vanilla, clove, cinnamon and sweet citrus the expertly made fine Caribbean rum is then infused with wild hand-picked laver seaweed from the Pembrokeshire coast, introducing umami undertones which soften and enrich the taste. The result is an undeniably smooth yet perfectly punchy drink, delicious for sipping and superb for mixing.

The Barti bottle is made using 50% recycled glass.
The label is 100% biodegradable right down to the adhesive, it’s made mostly from cane sugar by-product.
At 35% ABV, Barti is about as mellow as a Sunday morning.
